Unable to empty bladder

Hi. I have a bladder problem. I am unable to empty my bladder. Not completely. I feel an urge to urinate, but when I do, only small amount of urine is passed. These few drops look milky. I also feel something like burning sensation when I pee.

can one have a uti with negative urinalysis?

Is it possible that my son, 16 months has UTI even though we’ve got negative urinalysis? He has symptoms and I am sure that he needs treatment.

Frequency/urgency to urinate for the past 5 months

Hi. I feel frequency/urgency to urinate for the past 5 months. I was diagnosed with UTI. I am taking my meds and my doctor told me to drink plenty of water and cranberry tea. However, this problem is really irritating and I would like to know what could be the cause of my problem.

I have had 4 infections since Ocotber with A/Bs ..2 courses last 2 times. Now have UTI again, and have been referred to a Urologist..Pelvic U/S earlier in year showed bladder is retaining 125mls. What are the likely investigations I will have to have?
