If I am not mistaking your kidneys are not doing their job correctly. When you have too much protein in your urine it means that something is wrong with your kidneys and in your cases they were most likely damaged during your chemotherapy. There are few treatment for your condition but I only know a little about one. This is a procedure where your blood vessels need to get bigger in order for your body to improve your renal features.  I am not sure how effective is this treatment and how long does it last but you could try it. Talk to your doctors about this treatment and see what he has to say about it.
