Occasional Pain Post-Urination

Sometimes after I pee, I feel a pain that makes me feel as if I haven't completely emptied my bladder. I'm not sure what causes this, and it only happens about once or twice every other month. I'm not sexually active, so it's not an STD. Maybe this is just normal? Any help is appreciated.
