So my breasts are sore, bloatin, neasea, and pain after peeing as of late, i urinate quite frequent

What could be the causes of this then? I heard I could be urinating to much, I could be pregnant, have a uti. I drink lots of water, I'm light headed, neaseous, bloated, sore breasts, and pain after urinating. and back pain has started with mild cramping feeling.
