low HB good iron

I had heavy periods 3 mths ago and now.Ihad blood transfusion as my HB was very low.My iron was great so was my white cells and everything else.Had a bone marrow scrape and its fine aswell.Im a mystery??? Feeling better aftre 3 bags of blood....Whats your opinion??
