Complete blood count (CBC) is very common blood test. It is used like first step in discovering many diseases. The blood could be taken from the vein or from the finger which is cut by small, sharp surgical instrument. Doctors are evaluating three major types of cells in blood: red blood cells (erythrocytes), white blood cells (leukocytes) and platelets (thrombocytes).
