Blood from mouth and nose in the middle of the night

While i was sleeping, somewhere in mid night i found that blood was coming from my mouth and also from nose. Nose bleeding is common to me but from mouth was 1st time. i went to nearby hospital and they did my ultrasound and reports were normal.  So, should i go to doctor again ?
