recurrent blood pressure of 220/145 for last 10+ months

My husband had a stroke back on june 08 and his blood pressure had steadily increase and sustained at 170/100 to 220/145 range. No medication seems to work.

Hey, i woke up this morning and was in minor discomfort in the testicular area. I got up and went to the toilet urinated and checked my self out. Upon doing this i found that one of my veins in my Right testicle had become very either swollen and hard.

Always cold

It seems my body thermostat doesn't work. Even after intense exercise I can't even get warm, much less sweat. Hot baths help and drinking hot water, coffee, etc. helps. Does anyone else have this problem. I am on the thin side but no health issues that i know of.
