pain in hip and leg 6 months after total hip replacement and reconstructive surgery on right hip

I had a total hip replacement and reconstructive surgery on my right hip in October of 2016. I am still having pain in my hip and leg. I have had psyhicail therapy but it didn't help. I am 51 and have been following the instructions my Doctor gave me. Is this normal to still exsperencing pain.
