Foot surgery gone bad

Had foot surgery Aug 2006 to correct Morton's Neuropthy. Pain between 2 & 3rd toes. Also these two toes hammer toed in last month and split in a "V". I had a swollen ball of my foot pad before surgery and after. Constant pain afterwards. Had injections thru top of foot no help....

Twitching of toes to left foot.

I have severe twitching to all 5 toes to my left foot to the point it keeps me from sleeping at night. Would botox help this condition? There is no pain involved but it is very troublesome to the point of keeping me awake at night. Please help if there is anything I can do about this problem.
