Lump on Bone

I'm not sure if its actually on the bone but, there is a decent size lump at the base of my index finger. It feels like it may be between the bones. It hurts like crazy whenever I touch it, and has a dull throbbing pain when I leave it alone.What in the world could it possibly be?!?!?!?

9mos post acl surgery bruising

Hello, Its been 9mos after my acl surgery and rehab. I have been cleared to do sports activity. Today i notice that i have bruising on the inner lateral knee. Its not painful or tender. I do not see any swelling as well. Is this normal?
