Hi,
I am a 36 years old female and for the last month and a half my knees seem to be getting weaker and sometimes even ache. I haven't fallen or been doing anything too stressful for them. I am 5'7" and weigh 130 pounds. I use to be able to sit on the floor or kneel down for a period of time on them and as time progresses it seems to hurt more and more when I get up from doing this. My diet hasn't changed nor has my daily work routine. So to me nothing has changed for me personally but the pain and aching seems to be progressing in my knee joints. Thank you for your time.
