rib pit shoulder neck n breast

I have this forever as in the rib sticking out... in last 4m my chest armpit n shoulder on front have been killing me. Drs say it's from herniated disc in neck but I found it goes into my armpit n chest... left side from ribs up to face is so tight... have pain in left side of jaw back of neck......

It seems that my fractured bone is not healing well – what would you suggest me to do? I mean, it could be that I am just panicking; I know that my broken arm does need a lot of time for healing but I am concerned. How am I to know that everything is as it should be?
