im 20 years old and currently active duty in the united states navy. i displaced my hip and broke my femoral neck bone 8 weeks ago. i did it while in bootcamp and ever since then ive been stuck here waiting to heal. im going to be med boarded and discharged because apparently its pretty bad. but they are very worried about the bone not healing. does anybody have any advice from experience of that type of break or just advice at all? im going nuts. i have to heal in bootcamp..and be med boarded here. ive already been here for 3 months and it looks like another 3.
