Hi folks! I woke up with a hard and painful lump on my tibia bone this morning. I do have a history of sleep walking and generally being very restless during my sleep, but I am not sure about where this could have come from! What do you think? Is it serious?

I was intrigued to read that there are herbs that are used for bone healing sometimes - unfortunately, this was merely mentioned as an aside in a novel about unrelated subjects! I want to know more though! What can others here tell me about herbs for bone healing? Is this real?
