burning pain in legs and right arm

i took a bad fall in feburary, they took an xray said nothing was broken and within a week i was back to normal. then about 2 weeks later, i started getting every day pain in my legs, and only my right arm. any time i do something, i hurt for days afterwards. it's like my nerves are over-sensitive....
