lump on fibula

Are there any suggestions about what a lump on the fibula could possibly be? I have to add that the lump is totally painless and seems to be interconnected with the fibula. HAs anyone had the same problem? What was your diagnosis in the end? I am looking forward to some answers!

Car crash with seat belt on !
