lump on toe

I am a judo player and I do fall and get bruises and stuff all the time. Since I have a very high pain tolerance, I don't notice my injuries half of the time. Now I have noticed this lump on my big toe. It is not painful, but very hard, and frankly it feels like bone. Any idea what this could be?
