Is there a should brace that will make me move arm but keep shoulder imobile?

Hello, folks. I sprained my shoulder today and I will need to keep my shoulder imobile. However, I would like to know if there is a shoulder brace that will make me move my arm but keep shoulder imobile. Is there such a thing? I would appreciate if someone could tell me that.
