I am 43y/o a female and have just been diagnosed with arthritis of the right knee. I have been given to understand that arthro-7 is a very effective medicine against arthritis and I would like to try it, but I would like to here someone’s experience first. Does anybody have experience with arthro-7 medicine? I have to lose 10 kg, but am advised jogging is not good for the knee. Is cycling well? Maybe skiing equipment, or what else could I do to lose weight?

Yes, cycling is good for your knees; well any exercise for the knee is perfect. I have the same problem arthritis of the right knee. I can not take stairs and a lot of pain when walking on high ground. My doctor advised me to practice even when sitting and watching TV. Move your legs as if you are cycling or Lie on bed do the same cycle on the air. These will strengthen the knee. You know: less practice more pain!
