Hi, my mother suffers from osteoporosis, and her doctor always talks about T-scores. I don’t know what is this exactly, and I don’t think my mother knows either. Can anyone give me a short explanation?

Having to wear a brace for my broken shoulder!

Hello, folks. I broke my shoulder yesterday. My doctor says that I will have to wear a brace for my broken shoulder. I wonder how I will be functioning with this. What can you tell me about this? I would really appreciate all your replies. This means a lot to me.

Toe Cramps

I have been getting toe cramps now for over 12 months only when I am walking, and it is getting worse. I never get them in bed or sitting down. I have tried increasing my salt, changing 4 different blood pressure medications, Magnesium, Quinine, Tonic Water, Tissue Salts. Can someone help me.

Left shoulder swollen

I have had a swolllen left shoulder for about 7 months and only recently (about a week ago) started having severe pain which is controlled with pain killers 2 tabs every 6 hourly. I do have slight painful numbness that comes and goes in my left arm and about a week ago excruiating pain in the base...

rotator cuff post surgery

i had surgery 5 months ago ..orthascopic ..doctor totally cut and anchored down ..i have tingleness in forearm still and pain is subsiding slowly..when should i soft toss ..and right now im doing 10 pound arm lifts from thighs to eye level and from side to ear level ..curling 40 pounds ..is this ok...

swollen painful sternum tit

the pain is getting wrost and the dr cant find anything after i eat i can't hardly get my breath . when i bend over to tie my shoes my upper left stomach area hurts bad. i dont know what to do please help me thanks you .i have not had any hit to the area
