Severe pain in fingertips

I'm a 21 y/o female, I'm having horrible pain in my fingertips, they are hot, red/swollen, tingling AND every time my heart beats I can feel it in these finger tips. It's mainly both index and middle the others are lesser it's so bad that I'm typing this with my ring fingers.
