bone infection 2 years after total hip replacement - how do

Please advise what the process is concerning a bone infection 2 years after hip replacement surgery. I have been in pain since the operation with pain down the same leg and goes across the top of my foot. Pain mange hasn't helped with epidurals, pills, etc.
