night pain after arthroscopic surgery on Jan 5, 2009

Sleep is interrupted avery 2 hrs - I have to get up and walk around for 20 minutes - This occurs every evening 2 or 3 times. The pain feels like nerve pain running up and down my leg. Pain meds do not help. I tried one visit of accupunture and it seemed worse.
