I have been receiving injections of 50% Dextrous, and have already had 2, 4 weeks apart and due for my 3rd next week. I have been in so much pain always when I am due for the next injection, I have not been able to move, lay on my side as I have had them in the sacro illiac joints (both sides) but only one side is really painful. Is it quite normal to experience so much pain at this stage, I nearly collapsed the other day from the pain, I am on the verge of cancelling my last injection, am I doing the right thing???

My husband is on his 4th injection in his shoulder and his pain is unbearable. He was admitted over the weekend in the hospital over the past weekend and no other doctor can touch his because his doctor is out of the country for two mor weeks. We are at a loss as to what to do. Ice, heat, icy hot rub, pain patches. He also is on 80mg oxycontin for chronic back pain and two of those don't even take the edge off. Unbelievable how they can leave him in the middle of the therapy when these doctors know how painful it is.
