stiff, swollen fingers when i wake up in morning

i work in an automotive factory and when i wake up in the morning my fingers are stiff and swollen but as the day progresses the pain and swelling go away. the pain is mostly in my left hand but im right handed. any suggestions?

does anyone have any quick remidies for athletes foot? i have it worse than ive ever had it and its been a few weeks now. i started using some antifungal spray on my feet and my shoes, but it hasnt helped at all yet. the itching is really starting to drive me crazy, help!

knee problems

I am 28 yrs old and I have been having knee pain for months, I had an MRI and an x-ray, it showed that I had knee degeneration. There is a small joint infusion, and a cyst.
