Hip Collapsed - Groin Pain

My right hip is totally collapsed.  Due to other medical issues, I cannot get a total hip replacement for about 2 months.  I have severe pain in my right groin.  I'd like to know if anyone knows the best way I can get relief for the next couple of months? Maybe Ice?  A heating pad doesn't help...

sudden bruising on hands

I often get a sudden sharp pain usually on my hands but once on my wrist followed by painful bruising which might last an hour or a couple of days I don't have to bang my hand for this to happen I have asked Doctor who did blood tests but no answer given

broken wrist, splint after cast removal, do's and don'ts

I had a  distal radius fracture; it was not dislocated and was in a cast for 29 days.   Cast was removed yesterday and I was given a velcro splint, which I can adjust for tighter or looser fit, and I can remove it. I'm not clear on the wrist healing process.  Web sites routinely discuss a cast...
