Revision hip replacement, I now have no feeling in my leg from knee down

I had a revision done 3 weeks ago rod in femur was loose I now have no feeling in my leg from knee down on left side and drop foot I have to wear a splint and crutches to walk the nerve pain is so serve no pain killers work I only sleep for 2 hrs a night it has me in tears will I get the feeling in my foot back and will the nerve pain stop
