Smoking withdrawal with crazy insomnia

I've been a heavy daily smoker for 15 yrs. Decided to quit and the insomnia is driving me crazy. I am on day 25. The first 2 weeks weren't bad. i tried melotonin-- didn't work. Tylenol PM w/ 1 glass of wine. still didn't work. How long will this last????
