Hi folks,

i have just stopped smoking after nearly a year of smoking weed every day.

funilly enough i feel not so bad today but Im sure the withdrawl symptoms will come.

Anyone have any tips on how to fight the urge to burn (the green).

I work in music and nearly every musician i know seems to smoke (or drink) have given that up too.

i know i can do this with willpower and really thats the only way to beat it but any tips out there from some ex smokers for the obvious side effects like anxiety and sleeplessness?

feel like i should join a support group too.l know this is the end of the line for weed and i. had to admit to myself that i wasnt happy but continuing to do it.

please. some words folks. would help me right now.
