lump on nose after rhinoplasty

Hello everyone! I had last week to reduce the size of my nose and reshape it. I am still walking around with the bandages right now, but I did take a sneak peak and I noticed a lump on my new nose! It is still very bruised as well. Does anyone know if I should be worried, or is this normal?
