Vitamin A a cheap Acne miracle!

My derm gave me vitamin A gel to put on my face after the treatment each day. She said that is a chip and that makes miracles for my acne. Well, I’ve heard that it can be toxic and I don’t find it very chip. So, can anyone help me with vitamin A issue?

What is your favorite acme cleanser? Mine is Clarins one step facial cleanser. However, I am considering t change it. I’ve been using it for years and I’ve heard that it is better when you change. This one is for all skin types, so probably something like that would be suitable for me. Thanks....

I am curious does Clear and Smooth-OMG help clear acne as well as clear blemishes and scars? My skin is getting much better but it’s been a year and my red spots have not faded away completely and I am using it once a day. If so where could u get this stuff?
