Streach marks on my stomach

Hi, I'm 15 years old and I am over weight. I play football, so therefore I do a lot of weight lifting, running and exercise, but I have a lot of streach marks on my stomach. I just saw a knot on one of my streach marks, and I don't know what that mean. Can you help me ?

I used to use pro-active and it worked really good, it left me with 1 or 2 max 3 pimples compared to my 10ish i used to have and removed 90% of the lil bumps on my forehead, but i dont want to pay 5/6/70 dollars for it.i s there any other solution/similiar product that contains nearly all the same...
