Dandelion supplements effecting birth control pills

Does dandelion supplements decrease effectiveness of birth control pills?! I was looking into beginning to take a dandelion supplement as a detoxification for my body. I've been trying to research this, but I can't really get a good answer. So, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Can I lose weight while taking Paxil?

If so HOW? I was on 20 mg a day now on 10 mgs. i gained over 20 pounds since january and would like to get rid of at least ten. Is there any way besides going off the mediaction completly? Diets dont work, paxil just makes most people gain weight please help.
