Hypoglycemia and excess weight

I have had hypoglycemia for over 10 years (I'm 23) I am very active and I eat healthy (and often) I cycle about 20 miles daily and after that I always have a blood sugar crash, I also find it hard to lose some of my excess weight from my thighs. Any ideas how to stop the crash and lose the fat?
