I have a diag. of localized prostate cancer. Having robotic surgery soon. What does the term encapsulated Cancer Cells mean?

I was 20 years old when I was diagnosed. I am 36 years old now, doctors told my family I wouldn't live long but I'm still here. I am evidence that man doesn't have the final say about things like this. God was in control then and he's in control now! GOD is the beginning and and the end.!
