The world is on a loud speaker...and only i can hear it

MY GOD!!!! I hear EVERYTHING. no joke... I even hear the vibrations when people speak It's not a constant or anything but it's causing me to miss a lot of school simply because i cant stand doors shutting, pencils scraping, chewing, etc. It's waaaaay to much.... this usually follows with a migraine...

Does having acoustic neuromas always mean you’ll go deaf?
