Can migraine be caused by the inner ear tumor?

Hello, folks. My neighbor has been recently diagnosed with inner ear tumor. As far as I know, the only thing that she complained was migraine. I would like to know if migraine can be caused by this type of tumor. Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate all your replies about this.

running = throbbing ear pain

When I run, especially when the weather outside is cooler, my inner ear begins throbbing after 1/2 a mile. It eventually becomes very painful, and to the point I have to stop and hold my ears closed. Why is this? Is there anything that can be done?
