My niece is 18yrs. old and has a rather large very inflammed pimple looking thing in each ear. It is in the outer ear. The both have a few "heads" on them and they appear to be filled with "stuff". They have been present for weeks. She had one when she was little, that the doctor popped and it left a hole. Can this be in any way related to her wisdom teeth that are starting to erupt but crooked?. Hot compresses do not seem to do anything and now having trouble laying on her side.

I am not sure how big are the chances of this to happen because of the wisdom teeth but the oral cavity and ear are connected so you can say that this might be a cause of these pimples. Has she tried to pop them out by herself? Is she keeping her ear clean all the time? Could this be cause by an ear infection? My suggestion would be not to pop them at home because these can get infection, so try to take her to hospital and ask doctor to take a look at the pimples and tell him also about the wisdom teeth problems as well.
