Getting my eardrum fixed, want to hear from someone who’s done it already

Hello, folks. Due to recent trauma, I had my eardrum perforated. I won’t tell you how much this hurt me. You can only imagine. I am getting my eardrum fixed, but before that I would want to hear from someone who’s done it already. I would appreciate your experience. Thank you in advance....

How is cerumen obturans manifested?

My daughter has problem with her ears, actually with the wax accumulating there. When we went to the doctor, he said that some people do produce bigger amounts of wax but it is not that uncommon. She did not have this problem so far and I would like to know what the symptoms of this condition are....
