dark in eyes

i sometimes feel that when i enter a dark room with alittle light coming from outside my right eye does not hav vision or have a blurred one even more than my left eye... i also have short sightedness with almost identical num of both eye. wat can b the problem?

Retinopathy laser treatment – how often?
