falling eye sight

hello!im 18. my eye sight z falling day by day. Firstly, it was fallen to .5, then, to 1 and finally, it was fallen to 5.5 my one eye n 6 my other eye.That event occured in sep 2010 and after an year, im again having problem in watching TV n white board.
