having to do fitting for my bifocals?

Hi! I need some help from people who wear bifocal contact lenses. I’m wearing too since last year. Now I had a problem. I have to do fitting for my bifocals? Do I need to go to optometrist or to ophthalmologist? How do I find a practitioner who fits them? Thanks!
