12 year old's right eye keeps going black

wavy lines on side view cutting off the vision

I have experience wavy bright lines in the corner and top of my right eye for 20 minutes. It moved to my left eye for a shorter time but affected my vision worse. My vision is now, 1 hour late less. Can you tell me what this means or could mean?
