Hi, folks. My cousin had some problems with her pupils. She went to see an ophthalmologist and after examination, she was diagnosed with Adie’s Tonic Syndrome. I wonder if there is any help for people with this kind of syndrome. I would appreciate all your replies. Thank you for replying to my post. Bye!

Hello. Adie’s Tonic Syndrome or Pupil is a rare neurological syndrome. It affects pupils that are dilated more than normal and do not react to light or nearby objects. Some patients have their pupils constricted rather than dilated. This syndrome is not life threatening or progressive. Some people can be prescribed glasses. Pilocarpine is also administrated as a therapeutic and diagnostic drug. It is used three times a day. I hope everything will be all right with your cousin. Bye!
