retinal scaring from laser surgery.

Is there any new technology for removing retinal scaring from laser surgery? I developed Ocular Hystoplasmosis  when I was in my 20's, and had some scaring and vision loss due to the laser surgery involved. I  am now in my early 40's, and am wondering if there is any way to repair this damage.

Can Accutane be the cause of meibomitis?

Can you help me out with my problem? Doctor said that I have chalazion growing on my left eyelid, and it is actually some sort of a tiny hump, which is quite irritating and I am not sure if the operation is the only possibility left, as he says. What will happen to my eye after chalazion draining?
