versalift strength training

Hello there! I saw this Versalift machine for strength training on the internet, and it wasn’t so expensive, so I am thinking of buying it because I prefer to workout at home rather than in the gym. I would like to know if there is anybody who had already bought it and tried it? Thx

Improving Hops but not affect ny growth spurt

I'm 14 and I play basketball. I'm 5 foot 10 and I want to keep getting taller but I also want to increase my hops. I want to know what exercises I can do, if I should put on ankle weights, or use the leg press but without affecting my growth spurt. Please help
