is weight training to for me a 13 year old

hi i am a 13 year old boy i am the second best i the country for flat water canoeing and i was wondering if 4 weight training sessions a week lifting 11k in a range of exercises 4 time in each session i also do 4 4-6 mile runs a week plus 2 1.30 session actually canoeing. is this to much for my age...
