well im 14 i have high metabolism n i eat alot but gain nothing is their any fitness things that can help me out or sumthing i cud eat??? like i have a full weight set n its set p bt i dont no what to do....i want a bigger chest, arms, legs, better abs, and butt lol no homo! i need to gain weiht despritaly

try eating foods that will stay in your system and have lasting releases of energy. for example eating wholemeal break and brown rice, seeds and other thinks with slow release, potatos (jacket) and do cardiovascular exercises. Let me know how this helps. Good luck.

Dude, it's certainly one of the worst time of your life to try to control your body... Your body changes a lot and needs lots of energy to simply grow... and it takes a lot to get shaped, so unless you want to eat... all the time (?) just wait a few years, do maybe simple exercises to keep you in shape, and this should create hunger allowing you to eat even more.
But also, you said you have a high metabolism. I also happen to have the same and what I found out is that it's better to eat periodically than the classic 3 times a day. Bring anything with you at school (chocolate bar if you want, but look at the energy it gives and try to get the most since you can afford it ;-) ) and eat (not a complete lunch...) after every class or something. Your metabolism will constantly have some food to digest, and your body will never lack energy, allowing your muscles to gain volume.
