What are your thoughts on structural integration?

Has anybody been structurally integrated? I am thinking about having this done to help with my body, it just doesn't seem to want to return to normal state and massage helps but I feel I need more. Any recommendations?

Abs? Everyday - you can do ab work everyday. no no abs are like every other muscle and need rest. A zillion crunches. no no not a zillion crunches if you do a zillion crunches you are not doing it right. help! I'm so confused.
