I was very lean till my 21 years of age. After that I have started consuming lot of soft drinks and non veg. Thereafter my tummy size started increasing. But I'm still lean ecept my tummy size. What's the reason for this. Now I'm 24yrs of age. Is there any remedy to reduce my tummy?

rule o' thumb for increasing weight at gym?

I've been working out since about Thanksgiving. The program is a whole-body workout twice a week. It says to increase the weight you lift with upper body 5% each week, and 10% for lower body. Does that sound right? thanks gocubbies
